• Participation in events, Shibirs, programs, and initiatives
• QR-based registration and entry management
• Smooth communication and coordination
• Avoidance of repeated data entry across activities

This helps ensure an organized, respectful, and efficient community experience.

You may voluntarily provide information including, but not limited to:

• Personal and contact details
• Education, profession, business, industry, and skill-related information
• Seva interests and participation preferences
• Event registrations and attendance records
• Optional family member details

Some fields may be optional, and you may choose what information you wish to share.

4. Use of Information

Information provided by you may be used for legitimate community purposes such as:

• Managing registrations, confirmations, and entry validation
• Sharing schedules, announcements, pravachan timings, and important updates
• Volunteer and seva coordination
• Planning and improving community initiatives
• Supporting internal community initiatives such as networking, professional collaboration, or business matchmaking

We do not sell or commercially exploit member data.

5. Community Networking & Future Initiatives

The community may conduct initiatives including:

• Professional or business networking
• Skill-based or seva-based matching
• Other collaborative community programs

Relevant profile information may be used to support such initiatives. Where appropriate, additional opt-out options or controls may be provided.

6. Family Information

If you choose to provide family-related information:

• You confirm that such information is shared voluntarily and responsibly

Providing family information is optional unless required for a specific activity.

• Registration confirmations and reminders
• Pravachan schedules and updates
• Important community notifications

Communications may be sent via:

• WhatsApp
• RCS (Rich Communication Services)
• SMS (for critical or fallback communication)

8. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You may opt out of communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP on WhatsApp or RCS
• Following unsubscribe instructions provided in messages

Opting out may limit your ability to receive updates or participate in certain activities.

9. Accuracy & Responsible Use

You agree to:

• Use the platform responsibly and respectfully

Misuse, false information, or behavior inconsistent with community values may result in restricted access or participation.

10. Event Participation & Entry

• Registration does not guarantee participation unless confirmed

• Entry may require verification such as QR codes or registration IDs
• Organizers reserve the right to manage entry in the interest of safety, discipline, and smooth conduct

We are not responsible for:

• Message delivery failures due to platform, device, or network limitations
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel registrations, restrict access, or discontinue communications in case of misuse, policy violations, or conduct inconsistent with community values.
