The Pause to Purify
Paryushan is the most sacred festival of Jainism, eight days set aside to pause, purify and become peaceful from within.
The Paryushan Sadhana Shibir aims to reinforce the spirit of forgiveness through deep tools of inner cleansing. Over the days that follow, meditation, heart touching pravachans, practical experiments, healing sadhana and deep introspection will help you effortlessly loosen the weight you have been carrying.
